None of the tours that WILD4 Photo Safaris offers, requires a high level of fitness from the participants unless otherwise stated in each safari description. However, it is recommended that participants are in good health. If you are concerned at all with your own personal health then please contact us with more details before you sign up for any of our photo safaris.

We do make use of 4x4 safari vehicles which are not the most comfortable vehicles to travel in and we do drive on some bumpy roads in some of the locations.
By far the easiest and most comfortable safari is to the Kruger National Park in South Africa.

By paying your deposit and signing the booking form and the Release and Assumption of Risk document, you confirm that you are of reasonable fitness and good health and will not in any way knowingly create a risk for yourself or other tour members.

Medical conditions brought to our attention after you have confirmed your place on a tour will not be considered as exceptions to our cancellation policy.

WILD4 will not assume any responsibility for payment of any medical expenses incurred by participants on any tour.

Wild4 Photographic Safaris and/or their Agents, assumes no liability for injury, damage to property, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by any circumstance whatsoever.

Wild4 Photographic Safaris accepts no responsibility for additional expenses due to any circumstances whatsoever.

Wild4 Photographic Safaris reserves the right to:
> substitute accommodation of a similar standard to that advertised.
> change the itinerary or mode of transport as a result of changes to airline schedules.
> cancel or curtail any tour. A full or pro rata refund of only received payments will be given.
> substitute your tour leader / guide. This cannot be held as grounds for participant cancellation or refund.
> cancel the participation of any tour member based on unacceptable or disruptive conduct.
> adjust the price of any safari based on the final number of participants (due to cancellations etc)

In order to join the tour, each participant must submit a signed, un-edited WILD4 Booking, terms & conditions, liability & waiver form. Failure to do so will result in non participation with no refund.

During the build up to your safari we will email you a number of documents and will keep you informed as to what has been seen and photographed on the tours that preceed yours. Please feel free to write to us at any time with any questions or concerns you may have about your safari.
You will receive the following formal documents from us before your tour begins.

1) Confirmation of receipt of deposit & basic itinerary
2) Kit list of clothing and equipment suggestions
3) Photo skills questionnaire & special medical dietary requirements if any
4) Vehicle orientation documents
5) Pre arrival documents, full itinerary, addresses and contact details

Each individual safari will detail the exact costs that are included or excluded in your tour fee.

Each safari offers a per person SHARING fee and a per person SINGLE fee.

If you are a single traveller and would be happy to share accommodation with another single (same gender) participant then you need to let us know on your booking form.
We will do our best to match you up with another single traveller. However, if another single traveller is not available then you will be charged the full SINGLE RATE PRICE.

NB* KENYAN & TANZANIAN Photo Safaris - re single photographers.
If you are a single photographer signing up for any of the Kenyan or Tanzanian photo safaris and we are unable to find another single photographer to share your vehicle costs, you will be liable for a single vehicle usage surcharge detailed on every photo safari description page.

Cost increases from our suppliers may occur at any time and are beyond our control. In such cases we will be forced to change the price of the safari accordingly and we reserve the right to do so without notice. Such unforseen increases cannot be viewed as grounds for refunds or cancellations.
